What is actuallywritten down?
Fourteen questions about how a membership inquiry gets handled in your gym today. At the end you get your own process written back to you, sorted into the four things a sales standard has to be — defined, taught, rehearsed, and checked. You see all of it before anybody asks who you are.

What this is not
Not a diagnosis, not a score, and not a comparison with other gyms — C3O has no dataset about gyms and will not pretend to one. It reflects what you tell it, and what an answer of that shape usually means. Deciding what should change is the paid work, and this deliberately does not attempt it.
First, the shape of the place.
Two taps. It changes how the rest of this reads — a standard has more surface to cover the more people touch a lead.
